Executive Coaching & Leader Development Course (Coaching in Practice Series 2027)
Executive Coaching & Leader Development is a six-hour professional development course exploring how coaches can support leaders as they navigate complexity, evolving responsibilities, competing priorities, and the interpersonal and organizational dimensions of leadership.
Across three live, interactive sessions, you’ll explore foundational concepts related to executive coaching and leader development; learn alongside guest expert Kim Burns; and reflect on and practice coaching approaches that support leaders in increasing self-awareness, navigating feedback and stakeholder relationships, and making intentional choices about how they lead.
The course is designed to help you support leaders as they navigate organizational complexity, examine their impact, respond to competing demands, and create space for reflection and growth.
Each course includes three live sessions featuring foundational learning, a guest expert conversation, and integration and coaching practice.
The course includes 6 hours of live instruction and is currently pending approval for 6 ICF CCE credits (5 Core Competency + 1 Resource Development).
